Highlighted Listings: A Highlighted Listing made different from other listings by making it in a red box.This will differentiate it from all the listings. Guaranteed Top listing: Is an advertising position that displays a property situated on the first position of the search engine result page. This listing is sold by Sub-region.It is the exclusive top property position within the property search results page of a specified area for Buy or Rent. Only 1 agent can hold the Guaranteed Top Spot position in a specific area, it is not shared. There is only 1 spot available per area.
